Electronic patient records – secure data transfer with Axenita

We would like to inform you today about how the transition from the Altstadtpraxis (Dr Susann Zanner) to our new practice is organised with regard to your patient data – transparently and securely.

The most important thing first: you don’t have to worry about anything.
Your electronic patient file is transferred automatically and reliably via a secure system. Our new practice works with the modern Axenita data management system, which fulfils all the requirements of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).

What does that mean for you?

• Your data is transferred securely: the electronic transfer is seamless and encrypted.
• Access only when required: We will only access your data if you make an appointment with us or request the release of your file.
• No need for multiple documentation: Your previous medical history remains complete – you do not have to duplicate information or submit documents.
• Stored for a long time, but in compliance with data protection regulations: Your patient data is stored for 20 years in accordance with legal requirements.
